Aziza Harrell
Practicum Therapist
Aziza Harrell is a practicum therapist passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and grow through change. She has experience working in community settings and supporting clients facing mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, and identity development, particularly among youth and young adults. Aziza takes a collaborative, trauma-informed approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques, and strengths-based practices. She creates a supportive space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to take meaningful steps forward. She is currently completing her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University and is committed to fostering authentic, accessible, and lasting change. In her free time, she enjoys fitness, traveling, and building community through her podcast and entrepreneurial ventures. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I enjoy traveling, exercising, and learning new things.
