I believe counseling is a tool that should be used by everybody at various points in their lives. People are always evolving and sometimes it’s great to take time to reflect on new ways and perspectives to navigate these changes. I use a holistic existential approach to counseling which emphasizes the search for meaning and purpose. I believe counseling sessions should be a safe space to explore the many different aspects of human life. Counseling is here to equip you with the tools you need to take power and create the life that you want to live.

Whenever I am not wearing my therapist hat, I enjoy taking care of my mental health by working out, doing yoga, and hitting up a nice happy hour to decompress after work.
