Making changes in life can feel like some of the most difficult decisions we ever make. Sometimes we feel stuck and know what we need to do but can’t bring ourselves to do it. Maybe it’s a job, a relationship, or simply gaining a sense of discipline and purpose for ourselves. If this resonates with you, I am here to offer support to help you gain clarity and confidence in who you are. I work with a range of individuals, particularly Black women, young adults, college students, second-generation immigrants, and marginalized populations.

Taking the step into therapy can feel daunting but it doesn’t have to be. I see therapy like a conversation where you can bring everything to the table and have a place to turn it over multiple times until it makes sense for you. This is a safe space to be and become the version of yourself that the world has yet to experience. Let’s start today so you can start living tomorrow!
